Celebrity Fashion Designer Calls Lesego "Coconut Kelz" Tlhabi Too Fat for His Garments

Trending SA presenter Lesego Tlhabi has been left broken-hearted after celebrity fashion designer Quiteria Kekana (Quiteria Atelier) allegedly told her she was a “fatty boom boom” after a failed tried-on at his store!

The gorgeous Lesego Tlhabi who was scared to mention the “famous designer” said: “So today (Wednesday) I went to a famous designer who was told my sizes way beforehand because it’s for TV. Does he not then declare very loudly in the store after a failed try-on that he has nothing for me & then uses words like “fatty boom boom” to describe how I’d look in the designs. Yoh.”

Being scared to lose the bag Lesego Tlhabi said: “When I’m off contract, I will name him. For now, I don’t know what the job requires.”

Irked to the core, Lesego Tlhabi ended up naming the designer: “Actually Nah. It’s Quiteria and George. What happens from there is above me. It was shit shit shit. If I lose this opportunity, I lose it. I will never ever wear something from there. And it was “Q” himself.”

However, on a now deleted Instagram Live, allegedly drunk Quiteria Kekana has denied having a conversation with Lesego Tlhabi, saying that he’ll sue every f****n person on his wall. He also said that he’s not going to release any apology to anyone.

So, he says it’s “fiction” and she’s “lying” and “it’s defamation” of character.

Lesego Tlhabi added: “To the convo this week, this is why fatphobia is so different than other shaming. I was made to feel like less than nothing today because of my body. My body is not good enough for his dresses & he let that shit be known. He really could’ve said that to the stylist ON THE PHONE.

“Heyi I’m hurt af. And of course, I have to shake it off because it’s for work. Your day really can get ruined on account of you being a big girl in a way that no one else will understand. THE INDUSTRY LITERALLY DOESN’T WANT US. It’s wild. I’ve never swallowed tears like that. Wow.”

Lesego Tlhabi said that she does not want an apology and or anything from Quiteria Kekana.

“I don’t even want anything. I’m so broken-hearted. He also said this all in front of a lot of people. I’m so hurt and embarrassed,” said Lesego Tlhabi.

Quiteria Kekana & George Malelu are popularly known for their global debut at the Global Citizen concert, where they designed a fabulous emerald green gown for international superstar Beyonce.

The two business partners have since parted ways. Apparently, Mr. Q attempted to commit suicide 6 times.
