MCM: FreshByCaddy

FreshByCaddy, born Teboho Tsotetsi is a 26 year old musician and performer who is also a TV presenter. He kicked off his television career as one of South Africa’s MTV Voices’ correspondents for two years. He has since shoot to fame as a household name in mzansi showbiz as a Presenter for  SABC1 midday edutainment show and he has now bagged himself an acting gig on a new Mnet's very first local Telenovela: The Legacy. 

If they say a jack of all trade and master of it all, FreshbyCaddy is your guy. Caddy wears many hats as an entertainer and has since put in the hard work branching out to be taken seriously as an artist. He continues to prove that when you put in the work to refine your craft, it does pay off. His role as Sanele on The Legacy received nods and kept the viewers locked on the show. Sanele is a junior business analyst who’s the life of the party. 

"The acting bug really got me immediately after my rhythm city guest appearance. It got me good, I started auditioning more. Of course, this is my first huge gig as a proper character and hopefully it will open more doors going forward" says Caddy 

Caddy grew up following his passion for music performing at local clubs in Jozi and little did he know that the acting bug will also bite unexpectedly. As an experienced content creator, television presenter, audition rooms are a familiar space for Caddy. Although auditioning for Sanele was a little bit different and getting it right was a dream come true. 

Caddy is Single bafwethuu. We ain't sure if he's looking but check  him out on socials and tune into Mnet every Monday to Thursday at 7pm to watch him bring Sanele to life on your screens.
