Smile Artists Africa in partnership with Sanlam Private Wealth, officially kicks off the countdown to its third annual Fusion Art Fashion event, which will be hosted at the Cradle Boutique Hotel, on the 8th and 9th October.  The event raises funds for reconstructive surgery in breast cancer survivors, drive breast cancer awareness and encourage breast cancer screening. Registration is now open for the 16 th   edition of the iThemba Walkathon, which will once again be a virtual walk.
