Colour Your Plate with KOO , the latest edutainment reality competition show to launch on local screens this week, aims to start a healthy eating movement amongst South Africans, encouraging them to incorporate more balanced nutrition in their daily diets, all while on the lookout for the country's newest cooking celebrity. “The pandemic has made South Africans more aware of their health and wellbeing, as well as the importance of eating enough fruit and vegetables daily.
