This Youth Month, MTN Pulse is giving under 25s a chance to win internships, mentorships or other skills-development opportunities worth R1million with some of the biggest names in SA fashion, food, content creation, music and sport.  SA youth are at a huge disadvantage, with the youth unemployment rate higher than the national average. FROM LINEAR TO CIRCULAR, THE PROGRESSING STORY OF NESTLÉ’S SUSTAINABILITY INITIATIVES Nestlé East and Southern Africa (ESAR) is proud to present  From Linear to Circular , an art exhibition profiling three of its flagship sustainability initiatives that are part of its RE programme. The initiatives are profiled in a body of work by artist, Dillon Marsh, whose photography explores the relationship between humans and their environment. The exhibition, hosted at Melrose Gallery in Johannesburg, opened on 7 th  June 2022 and will run for the duration of sustainability month, until 30 th  June 2022. From Linear to Circular  captures, using Marsh’s unique lens and perspective, the ongoing development of three flagship pilot projects: RE-Imagine Tomorrow in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni; carbon capture in Hammanskraal, Pretoria; and Africa’s first net zero dairy farm in George. The family of Quiteria Kekana honour his life in a 50-piece collection. The family of late international fashion designer remembers him the best way they know-how, on the runway. Before his untimely passing due to Multiple myeloma on 17 April 2022, designer, Quiteria was invited to showcase at the Kings and Queens Of Baobab (13 May 2020) in Polokwane and was unable to work on the collection. His motivation to push his dream, even during the roughest times of his illness led his family; brother Thabang Kekana (Quiteria Atelier Creative Director) and Mother Violet Kekana to be inspired to continue his legacy and pick up where he left off. “It is what my brother would have wanted. Even on his last days, he pushed us to continue working,” Thabang says. “He would not have wanted us to just give up and be sad. Nigeria Afro-Pop star Godson Ogaga Essi, 26 fondly known as Savage is currently working on his new project featuring DJ Maphorisa and Blxckie. He is responsible for the international hit Confident featuring Buju.  In 2021, he released the 10-track album Utopia featuring Alpha P, Victony, and Mzansi artist Emtee. On the upcoming album, the singer will explore topics on love, money, family, and politics. “I don’t have a title as yet for the upcoming album, but I will be featuring a few South African artists,” he says. “I have completed the track with Maphorisa and Blxckie, it is sounding amazing because of the incredible chemistry we had in the studio together. Last night we took it kwa twitter as the awards went digital due to the Covid-19 outbreak and hosted by mzansi's radio and TV personality Dineo Ranaka. Mzansi Magic's The River was a major winner at the awards, scooping 10 different prizes, including Best Achievement in Directing - Telenovela and Best Telenovela. The show's Sindi Dlathu won the Best Actress - Telenovela award for her often-flawless performances as Lindiwe on the show, while Mary-Anne Barlow won Best Supporting Actress- Telenovela for her character Gail. Kgomotso Christopher may have left  Scandal!  but she still bagged a Best Supporting Actress - TV Soapie award for her role as Yvonne Langa. Bongile Mantsai walked away with two awards, one for Best Actor - Feature Film and Best Actor- Soap for his roles on  Knuckle City  and  Scandal!  respectively. Nolo was arguably one of the most loved contestants on Idols season 15 who made it all the way to Top 4. He was one of the artist’s fortunate enough to record a new single as part of the Top 4 artists.
